Print-on-Demand Policy

Because each item at Seraven is custom-printed specifically for you after you place your order, we do not offer refunds or returns on standard orders. This made-to-order approach allows us to reduce waste and offer you unique designs at great prices.

Eligible Refunds

We do offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong items received - You received a different product than what you ordered
  • Damaged products - Your item arrived with printing defects, tears, stains, or other damage
  • Defective products - Manufacturing issues that affect the quality or wearability of the item
  • Non-delivery - Your order never arrived after a reasonable timeframe

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at macabdo25@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue
